Tras haber acabado con el medio ambiente los humanos deciden mudarse a un metaverso transfiriendo su consciencia a la digitalidad por medio de unas pastillas azules y rojas, mientras dejan una inteligencia artificial a cargo de restaurar el medio ambiente, encontrar la raíz del problema y eliminarla por completo.

La IA concluye que la raíz del problema que causó el desastre medioambiental son los humanos y aprovecha que toda la humanidad ha sido digitalizada en el metaverso para borrar sus datos de la carpeta raíz. Eres el único sobreviviente y con la pastilla roja y azul, P.I.L, debes viajar entre las dimensiones roja y azul recuperando los datos de la humanidad mientras evitas que los bugs en forma de tubérculos acaben con tu vida.

After having destroyed the environment, humans decide to move to a metaverse, transferring their consciousness to digitality by means of blue and red pills, while leaving an artificial intelligence in charge of restoring the environment, finding the root of the problem and eliminating it completely.

The AI concludes that the root of the problem that caused the environmental disaster is humans and takes advantage of the fact that all of humanity has been digitized in the metaverse to erase their data from the root folder. You are the only survivor and with the red and blue P.I.L., you must travel between the red and blue dimensions recovering humanity's data while preventing the bugs in the form of tubers from killing you.
